any extra costs for foreign postage, with delivery options where they exist.
Approval is requested before goods are despatched and cards charged.

after you made your order unless you agree otherwise.
As a routine orders are despatched by post or other carriers within 24 hours of receipt (weekends excepted)
Existence of your cancellation right
Cancellation of orders and Cooling-off period
Under Distance Selling Regulations You can cancel a contract during the cancellation period by sending a notice
of cancellation to the supplier. This can be hand delivered, posted, faxed or emailed.
If you tell the supplier you are cancelling the contract they must refund your money within 30 days providing
the goods or services were not in the list of exceptions above. You must take reasonable care of the goods.
You cannot be forced to physically return the goods unless this was stipulated in the contract.
You may also be asked to pay the direct costs of returning the goods.
Now, however, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a 7 day cooling-off period from the day
after that on which the goods were received. This means you can simply return the goods for a full refund
because you have changed your mind. If a trader fails to supply you with all the relevant information
your cancellation rights are extended by a further 3 months.
If the goods are faulty, not fit for their purpose or not as described you may have longer than the 7 day
cooling off period to cancel the contract and return the goods.
Cancelling your contract with Vetark
Vetark will always cancel an order without question prior to its being despatched.
Once we have despatched an order to you Vetark will accept your cancellation without question provided
that you bear the cost of return postage and the product is unopened and capable of resale.
Once you have received and opened a sealed product package we respectfully must decline to cancel
the order for that product unless it can be shown to be faulty. Statutory exemptions within the
Distance Selling Regulations include perishable goods which includes most of our products.
Receiving goods you did not order
If you receive goods which you did not order the Distance Selling Regulations say that you may treat
these as a gift and Vetark heartily supports this. It is an offence for a supplier to request payment
for unsolicited goods or services supplied or to threaten legal action for recovery of such payment.
How long offer or price remains valid
Prices are always charged as displayed at the time of the order. If we display an incorrect price then
it will always be charged in the customers favour.
After the decision to buy, you should receive confirmation of this information usually in writing or e-mail.
Web orders will receive a confirmatory email automatically, foreign customers will receive separate emails
detailing any extra postage costs and requesting acceptance.
Vetark warranties the products insofar as it guarantees best practice to ensure safety, quality and efficacy.
Our products will always match the declared formulation and performance will match our claims as far as is
possible with any living system. We will always endeavour to reflect good science and current knowledge.
